Color Movies with VoxBlast: RGB Color Movie of Human Skin Biopsy

You can capture 2 or 3 channels of color (RGB) in separate stacks from your microscope using different filters and fluorescence dyes. Then, you can use one of several color renderers in VoxBlast to create color movies. VoxBlast's proprietary MaxColor renderer will preserve the highest color values in each channel without "muddying" the results.

The sample above was rendered from data collected from a confocal microscope. The movie depicts nerves and blood vessels from a biopsy of human dermis.
