The StackWare modules for Image Pro Plus version and 4.1 on this page are shareware. You can download and use them for free. However, we ask that you contact VayTek, after you have evaluated them, to register. Contact VayTek at vaytek@vaytek.com. The StackWare Modules are the sole property of VayTek, Inc. and users are granted a temporary license to use these modules.VayTek makes no claims or warrants regarding the operation or results produced by these modules. Utilities Installation Notes

To install the Utilities, download the utilities.EXE file from our website (see link above). Place the file in a temporary directory. It is a compressed, self-extracting archive file.

Then, in Image Pro, click on Macro, then click on Change. Find the vaytek_utilities script file and select it. You can then launch the utilities programs from the Macro directory.

1) Note: You cannot use the Utilities with Image Pro 3.0.0. You can only use version 4.1.

StackWare Modules include the following functions:

• Correct image background on a stack of images using IP's Background Subtraction.
• Correct image background on a stack of images - subtracts constant value..
• Adjust brightness/ contrast/ gamma on a stack of images.
• Convert image type, file format of a stack of images.
• Extract 8 bit channels from a stack of 24 bit RGB images.
• Apply any of several filters to a stack of images
• Reduce the variation in the background of a stack of images.
• Create VoxBlast Dataset Definition file from a Database file.
• Merge 2 or 3 channels of gray scale data into a 24 bit RGB dataset.
• Logical/ arithmetic operations on a Database with a Database.
• Logical/ arithmetic operations on a Database with an image.
• Logical/ arithmetic operations on a Database with a number.
• Calculates a ratio image from two input images.
• Cuts an area of interest from each image in a stack (cookie cutter).
• Applies Resize function to a stack of images.
• Saves multiple open images to disk and names them sequentially.
• Subtracts background value and scales stack of images to full dynamic range.
• Substitute one pixel value for another pixel value in a stack of images.
• Simple minimum/maximum point projection of a stack of images.
• Simultaneous minimum/maximum point projection on a stack of images.
