Example of Deconvolution with VayTek's MicroTome Software
COS-1 cells transfected with plasmid DNA encoding Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) expression. The green color seen here is GFP; the red color is Texas Red-labeled transfection complex; and the blue is blue DAPI stained nuclear DNA. This three-color image was taken with a Photometrics Sensys camera attached to an Olympus microscope. Image processing, including removal of out-of-focus haze was accomplished with VayTek's MicroTome software.
