Application Note

 Drosophila (fruit-fly) Wing Imaginal Discs 

Example of Deconvolution with VayTek's MicroTome Software:

These images of Drosophila wing imaginal discs are stained with sets of primary, secondary and tertiary antibodies. The images were acquired with a Photometrics Sensys camera attached to a Zeiss microscope. VayTek's MicroTome software was used to deconvolve each individual color channel and then the deconvolved images were merged to produce the color image. The merged, raw files are seen on the left, with the deconvolved, finished files on the right.
